Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete a service request. The more specific information you provide, the better prepared our technician will be to fix your issue in a single visit (when possible). In emergency situations, Fusion offers weekend and evening hours upon request.

Customers with products under warranty will be scheduled for the first available service appointments.
